House of Bergins does not sell personal information for monetary compensation. However, certain uses of third-party tools (such as Google Analytics) may qualify as sharing under California law. You may opt out of these activities at any time.

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

Our website does not yet read the Global Privacy Control signal sent by some browsers. To opt out, use the Manage cookies link in the footer of every page, or write to support@houseofbergins.com and we will record your request.

Automated Decision-Making (ADMT)

Under CPRA 2026, you have the right to opt out of automated decision-making technology used to make significant decisions about you. We do not currently use automated systems to make significant decisions about customers. If this changes, we will update this page and our Privacy Policy and provide you with opt-out options.
